MATRIXX Software, the global leader in 5G digital commerce solutions for communication service providers (CSPs), today announced it has won a Gold Stevie® Award for Innovation in Technology Development, Telecommunications, as part of the seventh annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. The award features the collaboration between MATRIXX and giga!, Singapore’s first and only fully-digital mobile service. giga! was created by Starhub, one of Singapore’s leading telecom operators, specifically for the country’s burgeoning Millennial community. The all-digital brand is built on three key pillars: customer centricity, a bespoke end-to-end user experience and customer flexibility.

In just six months, MATRIXX Software helped giga! to launch by minimizing the connection to legacy infrastructure, simplifying the architecture and using a nimble, scalable development methodology known as minimum viable product (MVP). In addition to a speedy implementation process, MATRIXX enabled giga! to:

· Provide no-contract plans that offer generous amounts of data, talk time and SMS messaging to meet the needs of Millennials and heavy data users.
· Offer digitized payments for customers to buy and pay for services quickly and easily.

The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards are the only business awards program to recognize innovation in the workplace in all 29 nations of the Asia-Pacific region. Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 100 executives around the world. More than 1,000 nominations were considered.
