JACKSON, MISS.--The Molpus Woodlands Group, LLC (Molpus) today announced Terrell Winstead will become Molpus’s new President on August 1, 2022. Bob Lyle, Molpus’s current President, will transition from day-to-day management but will continue to serve Molpus as Special Advisor to the President, as well as continuing to serve as a member of its board, its investment committee, and as managing broker for its real estate activities.
Winstead currently serves as Molpus’s Executive Vice President. He previously served Molpus as its longtime Chief Financial Officer.

His deep experience and knowledge of the sustainable timberland management business will help ensure the continued success of our clients and our company.”

In addition, Molpus today announced that, effective August 1, 2022, Michael Cooper, Senior Director of Client Relations and Business Development; Tyler Rosamond, Chief Financial Officer; and Ken Sewell, Chief Operating Officer, have been promoted to additional positions as Executive Vice President within Molpus. Also, George Dahduh has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Client Relations and Business Development.
